House Sitter in Eagan, Minnesota

We are a married couple, Ambrosia (31) and Daniel (28), who are in the process of closing our house. We are in the process of some life changes to change our careers and sold our own home to start the journey. We are traveling to go on our honeymoon in November, after our house closes. And will need to find a temporary housing situation over the winter, until we decide our next step. We are both in the process of working full-time and have experience with owning our own homes for over 8 years. Ambrosia has her real estate license and has professionally worked on (construction) and staged homes for sale. We love owning a home and take pride in taking care of a home. Right now, we are unable to do that, but would love to help someone else take care of their property, while they move south to avoid the cold weather. We can take care of everything needed, between lawn care, snow maintenance, possibly a pet, cleaning, minor repairs or assistance with others to make the needed repairs, assisting with mail and getting it to the owners, or anything else needed. We are flexible with move in and move out dates, as we are looking for something temporary. Daniel works 4-7 days a week with a driving job, and we are open to house sitting in most cities (no farther than 1 hour from the cities). Ambrosia travels to help people with their homes to put them on the market and does financial coaching. We both value work-life balance and live a healthy lifestyle (no heavy drinking, going to sleep early, non-smokers etc.). We are introverts who prefer a quiet lifestyle. Otherwise, we like to read, prepare healthy food at home, and take walks for leisure.
