House Sitter in Austin, Texas

I am a retired school teacher and writer who is visiting my daughter here in Austin. I am looking for opportunities to better know Austin's neighborhoods and communities before making a final decision to move here. I am well credentialed and have worked for both the private and public sectors in addition to my teaching career. I house sat in Florida for a semester and dog walked two elder dogs, including taking them to the vet when a professor was on sabbatical. I am the house sitter of choice when artist friends are on tour; or, other situations require them to be out of town for longer periods of time.
