I am a 67 year old, (non-smoking, non-drinking, non-drug use) Air Force Veteran seeking a long-term luxury house-sitting job in California (Beverly Hills, Simi Valley,or the San Fernando Valley); I have excellent references. My last job was in a 60-million dollar house in Malibu, California; I was there for 2 1/2 years. Sadly, the owner is now deceased. As a retired senior citizen, this is the perfect job for me. I am a well-seasoned, emotionally mature, and honest adult man. With me, you will not worry about youthful indiscretions and irresponsible behavior. You will know that your house is being lovingly cared for. I have many years of maintenance experience. My last employment in Malibu at times, required me to fix small household issues. I have spent many years creating replica airplanes for movies, airports, and private collectors. All were 100% accurate in all but size. The last one I made had a wingspan of 28 feet and a length of 18 feet. In the Air Force, I was a jet fighter crew chief. All this experience, I bring to each house-sitting opportunity.
