House Sitter in Los Angeles County, California

While I'm almost a legal senior citizen, I'm very young at heart, with an open mind and mellow demeanor. I've lived in L.A. since 1979, and I've done a few house sitting gigs for my mother and sister & brother in law, just not for anyone else. However, that being said, I understand the trust you must be able to put in someone to be able to stay in your home while you are gone. I follow directions well, but won't hesitate to ask questions, or ask that they be written down. I don't smoke (anything!) or vape, I'm a light drinker and well past my partying days. I love animals, especially dogs and cats, reptiles and fish are cool too; no pet monkeys please! I'm currently single and not dating, so you won't have to worry about someone else coming into your home; I would assume you don't want any extra guests inside anyway. What I can do for you. In addition to keeping your house safe, I can water plants (and animals) take the dog(s) for walks, clean up the yard, keep the residence spotless, transcribe messages so your machine doesn't get so full it can't record anymore, bring in mail, sign for packages that might arrive, even perform a little garden work if you want. I do have a full time job, so I won't be in the house all day every day, but I would spend the night and come back at the end of my workday.
