House Sitter in Port Charlotte, Florida

I am new to this area and looking for steady part time employment. I am retired and a care provider. I have verifiable cleaning references and has to pass background checks to live in my community. I'm reliable, accountable and hold an inactive Florida Real Estate license. I will run errands, house sit, provide rides to physician appointments, open (deep clean ) and close your home if you are a seasonal resident . I will clean weekly or monthly . The only animal I am allergic to is cats - I love them but I'm severely allergic. I have excellent references both professional and character or personal references . I have a dependable vehicle and time on my hands right now . If I haven't listed your needs contact me anyhow, I may be able to help you . I'm just looking for additional steady income. I currently provide caregiver services to my older handicapped brother who is pretty high functioning now so I have some days and times I can help others. I also have yoga training ( certification ) and would like to provide small classes for youngsters or elderly - like in a clubhouse or after care program .
