I treat your home and possessions like I would want mine treated - with respect and care. Willing to work with you on your needs. Tri-Cities area preferred as I work a full time job Monday through Thursday. (I'm taking on house sitting as a second job to pay for medical bills.) Hourly rate will depend on what your needs are and I'm open to discussion. For example, someone with pets will need more time and attention than someone just needing plants watered. Overnight stays are a possibility.
