House Sitter in Smithers, British Columbia

We are a mature (40s & 50s) professional couple strongly considering relocating from Alaska to the Smithers area. We’re hoping to find a housesitting opportunity this winter, sometime between December and March, to gain a greater sense of the area, the community, recreation opportunities, etc. We’ll be in the Smithers area for a few days in early September (~4th-7th), and would be happy to meet folks seeking responsible housesitters. We have owned our own homes for 10-20 years, and recently rented homes in Alaska from which we’d be able to provide excellent references.
