House Sitter in Westport, Connecticut

Looking to house sit for at least one year. I prefer a home located in Westport within several miles of Exit 41 on the Merritt Parkway. My office is located in Saugatuck. Prefer 3-4 bedrooms. I will manage all of the trades the owner uses to maintain their home. This includes lawn maintenance, snowplowing, repairs, if necessary, oil and gas deliveries, any plumbing or electrical repairs that may be necessary. I do not have any pets and do not intend to have any. I have previously owned a home in Westport for almost seven years, a home with 6,000 sq. ft., major landscaping and a swimming pool. I have had my own financial services business located in Saugatuck. I have owned this business for over 35 years. I have two sons. One lives and works in NYC; the other is a Jr. at Staples High School. I have two cars. I am a donor to The Westport Library, where I am active. In addition to Westport, I will house sit in Weston, Wilton or Norwalk depending on location. References on request.
