House Sitter in Lincoln, California

Hello -- I'm Trevor and I'm a working professional living in Lincoln who is looking for house sitting gigs. Just wanted to start off by saying that my listed rate is negotiable based on tasks/duties/time involved and that I'm amenable to meeting you at your desired rates if they are lower than what I have listed. I currently have a remote, full-time job working for state government. I can work from anywhere and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule so I believe I can be of some service to households that need help. I am open to house sitting, pet sitting, plant sitting or other home-based needs on either a daily basis or a limited-time continuous basis. House must have reliable wi-fi so that I can continue my work duties. Some of the things I can do are: provide companionship to older adults, keep an eye on kids, feed & play with pets, take pets on walks, scoop litter, water plants, collect mail, receive packages, refresh kitchen and living spaces (cleaning countertops, running dishwasher, dusting, sweeping) and fold clean laundry. I also have a reliable car and can run light errands, pick up groceries or prescriptions and do fast/casual food runs. Open to other tasks as applicable. Have many years of experience helping friends and neighbors out with house sitting or cleaning needs. Also currently helping out senior family members. I will likely have phone/zoom meetings during a given day but am otherwise very flexible and can easily attend to other tasks in between my work duties. Open availability most days.
