Hello! My name is April, and I am an experienced house sitter, Army Veteran, and overnight security guard looking for house sitting positions in the Colorado Springs Metro. My kids are grown, so now I have time on my hands. I have a squeaky clean record and my own reliable transportation. Great at talking orders and attention to detail. I'll do it your way. My services include: Pet Care - I have a dog and 2 cats myself and experience with fish, birds, small mammals, and reptiles. Excellent care for your best friends. No breed restrictions, special needs OK, sorry no arachnids Plant & Garden Care - regular watering and feeding, recognizing trouble signs, and willing to mow if you provide the machine. Snow Clearing - Shoveling and/or salting walks and drive to keep your property safe and accessible Mail & Trash/Recycling- What needs to come in, comes in. What needs to go out, goes out. Providing a lived in appearance - cycling lights, etc. to throw off anyone paying too much attention. I'm also willing to negotiate a daily rate to be present in your home while I'm not at my regularly scheduled security position. 9 PM - 9 AM M - Th. Other services - just ask!
