House Sitter in Menomonie, Wisconsin

Hey! I'm Joshua, I’m a responsive and responsible house-sitter living between Menomonie, Wisconsin and Minneapolis, Minnesota. I love providing folks opportunities to explore the world and worry less about their households, land, and lovable critters while they’re away. I am always happy to engage with house-sitting needs, pet feeding, mail collection, plant care, snow clearing, and trash and recycling services. I appreciate a daily rate of $30 but am somewhat flexible to negotiate lump sums for different chunks of time/ability to pay. I am a Menomonie native and love being in nature and with animals. Besides my primary career (former Broadway and TV actor) - I am experienced in caring for houses and properties. I worked as a personal assistant to Tony Walton (famed designer of Mary Poppins, The Wiz, All that Jazz, and more) from his New York City penthouse (2014-20...). My work ranged from uploading Mr. Walton’s original scenic/costume drafts for the Library of Congress, to cooking, to manual labor (arranging books, cleaning the kitchen), travel supervision, and finally to providing quality care of the apartment when Mr. Walton and his wife were out of town. I would stay in their unit for weeks/months at a time and keep their household in-tact. I also worked in a similar capacity for famed director Sidney Lumet’s widow Piedy Lumet from her NYC penthouse (2016-20...). I also worked as a caretaker/companion for individuals suffering from memory care needs provided cleaning, and overall care of their households (Com For Care/Comfort Keepers 2016-201...). I am a thoughtful, responsible individual and keep my customers needs first. I'm responsible and reliable and I value the trust placed in me by my customers. I understand the importance of meeting my customers' needs and I am willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied.
