Hi, my name is Michael. I am 34 years old and am seeking a house minder job opportunity within 100 miles of Biddeford, Maine. My goal is to contribute my skill as a House Minder. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs. *My rates are adjustable to what you can afford! Base price is $90/day but I can come down to as low as $60 per day. Services And Training: I have worked at a greenhouse for 6 months and have knowledge in how to water, care for, weed, deadhead, pot/replant, and maintain many different species of plants. I am more than happy to collect mail for you and can provide snow, leaf, and trash removal while sitting. I've also worked for 7 months as a houseman for an 88-room, 3.5-star hotel working entirely alone for 7 hours a night doing everything from, cleaning all public spaces including: 4 floors of hallways, the office, dining room, kitchen, checking and adjusting pool and hot tub chemicals, workout room, main lobby, hauling all the trash to the dumpster, and the hotel grounds and perimeter. The only reason I left was due to distance expenses eating up half of my paycheck every week otherwise, I would have stayed. I loved it there! A Bit About Me: I am most at home with an animal that I may care for in any capacity. I've lived with pets my entire life and have given meds, fed, groomed, and taught basic obedience techniques to these lovely creatures for over 30 years! I would be more than happy to care for your pet(s) while you are away. Except for snakes! I have an irrational fear of snakes and have had it my whole life. I can't even watch them on a screen anymore without getting panicky. My biggest requests are: I am allowed to bring my computer and use the house's wifi/Internet while there. I do not post on social media, I am not a social media influencer, YouTuber, or even looking to become one. Your privacy is safe with me, I would never jeopardize someone else's life for the sake of popularity/fame. I just happen to use my computer as my main source of entertainment through video games, movies, and streaming tv shows. This is not a "make or break" request for me. I can go without my computer if necessary it would just be very difficult for me to be away from it for an extended period of time. and; that I may utilize your food storage (pantry, fridge, freezer(s)) to store my own food. I will never touch someone else's food, but I have a strict diet due to having many food allergies and need to ensure I have food that I can eat nearby. I can bring my own cooler if this would be a rude request of me, or too much to ask, and if it is I apologize. I am also an introvert and rest assured, I will never use your place of residence as a means to host an event of any kind, nor have a guest at all. If I do seek companionship or social interaction I will do so outside the home. I am available immediately, but please give me at least a week to prepare for the arrangement. I do not mind sitting during holidays including; Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Please mention it when offering me the job, so that I may mentally prepare for it, and can decorate appropriately with your approval. I am most interested in sitting for an extended period of time including; Vacations lasting three weeks or longer, extended hospital stays, or being away from home for months at a time due to work/military, and/or maintaining the upkeep of a vacation home in which you would be away for 6 or more months out of the year.
