Application: Hi there my name is Barbara. I have just returned from a house sitting job in Kelowna and I have to admit that I fell completely IN LOVE with the city, the people and the spectacular views!! I am currently looking to house sit anytime after mid November of next year. I am early-retired, friendly, tidy, handy and have over 20 years of experience owning and maintaining a large summer-rental recreational log property. I am logical and trustworthy. I was also a long standing, well respected community coach for both the grade school and high school in my community. Service Abilities: I am very capable of handling standard house maintenance tasks, pet care, basic yardwork and/or Airbnb management if there is a requirement to rent out a space while you're gone. I thought it might be valuable for you to know that I can drive a manual car if required. I have house sat many times before and have enjoyed every one of my experiences. To be quite honest, I am currently house/ pet sitting in Ottawa while I am writing my bio!! I believe that leaving your property in the hands of someone else requires first building a relationship with your house sitter.
