House Sitter in Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm searching for a house sitting position in a town with the ocean or a lake near by. Since I can work from anywhere, I would like to get out of the hot vegas sun, and go to another location with more reasonable weather. I currently work as a Project Manager in Software development, but would love to contribute my experience as a House Sitter. Description of Skills: My previous experience with house sitting has included looking after multiple dogs and cats at a time, giving medication, feeding, walking and clean up. I have stayed overnight for extended periods of time collecting mail, looking after plants and tiding up the place/take out trash before I leave.
