Summary: Nice to meet you! My name is David. My wife's name is Kim. On August 1, 2022, we will celebrate our 43 wedding anniversary. Service Abilities: Kim and I are happy to help with property watching, lawn maintenance, keeping living spaces in top condition, and performing regular maintenance tasks. Further, we have personal transportation available. Over the last 38 years, my wife and I have lived in and cared for properties we did not own. Both of us are in excellent physical shape and have no medical issues. We're hoping to house sit for 1-2 years while our daughter and her husband complete their move to a new house, at which time we will share living quarters with them.
