Overview: I’m Seth. I am hoping to find a house minder, small to medium size dog sitting and cat sitting, or vacation rental manager employment opportunity in Los Angeles, California. I strive to improve my skills and take care of your property and pets as if they are my own. I can be available as needed. Services And Training: I am happy to help with care for small animals, cats, and dogs of small and medium size breeds, plant watering, mail collecting, and similar needs. I do not drive but can use rideshare services, taxis, and public transit if need be. I have extensive experience with cats and small to medium breed dogs in feeding, litter/pad cleanup, walking, and making sure they get petted and talked to and played with. I am not a maid or cleaner, but I can do light housekeeping such as dusting, sweeping, etcetera. I can arrange rooms to look their best for vacation rentals as well, and coordinate Airbnb bookings, communicate with and screen tenants, and handle tenant issues as someone who once lived in a place used as a vacation rental where I had to do all of the above. I am also capable of small household repairs and of monitoring and handling almost all emergencies if given proper resources (e.g. if you leave me with contacts and information for your mobile vet for your pets, your plumber for plumbing issues, etcetera), and of coordinating and scheduling repair or construction or landscaping appointments to make sure workers arrive and complete tasks.
