Personal Profile: Hello my name is Mark. I am hoping to find a house sitter placement in Torrance, California. I'd like to think of myself as a helping pair of hands around the house when you are in need. I have a passion for organization and maintaining order in belongings. Any personal boundaries or "no fly" areas I am extremely respectful of. I am working at being a handy man, but I think I still have a ways to go. Can do light maintenance if need be: squeaky hinges, anything loose of leaking, minor holes in walls due to nails, sanding, clogged drains/ plumbling issues I can snake out the blockage. I try to be as capable and self-sufficient as I can be, within reason of course. If you have a concern about anything, you may always bring it to my attention and I will inform you on what I can do to mend it for you. Whenever you need me, that's when I'm available. Early mornings, noon, evening, and later into the night. If you're comfortable with overnight, then I can further discuss that if that is your preference. Description of Skills: I will take care of property watching, mail collecting, and light landscaping. On top of this, I have experience training pets. I have house sit many times before.
