Overview: Nice to meet you! My name is Karol. I'm seeking a house sitting/ pet sitting provider position in Oakland, California. I have owned homes, had pets, and have current house sitting/pet sitting experience. I am usually available on short notice (but don’t make it a habit), reliable, respectful of property, and have my own transportation. I can make daily visits to do house checks or stay overnight, especially if there are pets in the house. Description of Skills: I will water indoor and outdoor plants and garden, take care of the mail, tend to the trash and recycling… keep your home looking like you’re still there. I’ll take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own children; with your permission, I’ll take dogs for walks or to the dog park daily. My fees are negotiable depending on your needs, the property involved, the distance from my home (I.e. more than 25 miles away), and include travel time.
