Douglas was my right hand for thirteen years. His position was two-part; business and personal. From the business side Douglas managed my customer service department, most significantly streamlining it which resulted in a significant increase in customer orders and business overall. He also planned each industry event for my showrooms in New York, Dallas and Atlanta, each of which had 2 events per year. In tandem, Douglas scheduled all outside and inside contractors for my homes in Santa Monica, CA, New York City, NY and Rancho Mirage, CA. He both kept and revised my household and personal budget throughout the years which again, resulted in overall savings. Douglas is one-of-a-kind: He possesses the ability to keep multiple balls in the air with both ease and accuracy. When it ultimately came to his scheduling and accompanying me to doctor appointments and taking care of my personal needs, he proved to be a kind and patient advocate and friend. I couldn’t give anyone a higher recommendation.

Doug is an animal lover with 2 dogs of his own and he took care of my dogs as if they were his own.  Doug is also a very neat and clean person and he makes sure my house stays just as neat and clean (or even cleaner!) than when I left it.
