Hi! My name is Ginger. My husband, Josh, and I will be in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area for the summer. My husband will be working full time for the Army in a temporary position until we move to the Big Island in the fall. We are both responsible adults looking to watch out for someone’s winter home while they are gone for the summer. We will maintain your home in whatever ways you need. Instead of an income we would stay in the home, providing a more consistent watch on your property. Since we will be there for such a short time and during the hottest time of year, we thought this might be mutually beneficial for us and someone looking to have their home taken care of.
