I'm a 70 year old retired teacher with no home, job or pets. Until last December, I've owned my own home for over 45 years. I sold my home to help my daughter with the childcare of my 8 year old grandson. She no longer needs help with his childcare; so, I would like to help an Individual or family take care of their property; to keep it safe and well maintained. If necessary, I can provide numerous references upon request. I have been a Licensed Childcare Administrator since 1993; so, my fingerprints are on file with the federal government. Having owned several businesses myself, I know how important it is to have responsible and reliable help. I'm not able to do heavy housework; but, I'm very capable to oversee any work that may need done.
