House Sitter in Yardley, Pennsylvania

Hello my name is Tammy. I am a 55 yr old professional in Regulatory Compliance (doctorate degree). Trustworthy, reliable, references available. Non-drug user, non-smoker, no felony record. Resident of Bucks County (Bensalem and Bristol) for the last 13 yrs (I've served as an Interim Judge of Elections in Bucks County for the last 3 yrs). I'm available during the afternoons from 7/15 to 8/12 while my son is training with ACBP for the summer. Could house sit or just stop buy during the day to care for and walk/play with pets, take care of plants/mail/property. Available to do light gardening, market runs, errands, etc. Also a great cook if you'd like something homemade for dinner when you get home from the beach. Available to stay overnight (commuting back and fourth daily to PA while my son is in the program, b/c rents were so high this summer. I love pets (that would be a perk for me), taking them for walks, happy to take to vet visits or groomers, guaranteed plenty of snuggles and cuddle time/play time (another perk for me). I have personal experience with giving medication if needed (my dog had diabetes at the end of his life and I had to administer insulin shots). Happy to pick up mail (and forward if desired), take care of plants, feed the fish, perform light housekeeping duties, take out garbage, garden work, etc. If there are other tasks that need taking care of while you're away (eg. someone to be there for repairmen, pool skimming and treatment, etc.), just lmk. If there are additional needs, happy to discuss. I've been a homeowner and landlord and know that I would want a caretaker/housesitter with the level of maturity & respect for my home, privacy and pets that I bring.
