House Sitter in Charlotte, North Carolina

56 years years old with a long career in architecture, construction, & real estate. I am looking for a beautiful estate to live on-site & house sit. If the house needs a new design, renovation or remodel, then I can provide these services in full. I oversaw my first house sitting renovation at 20 years old which was for 1.3 million US dollars for a prominent Charlotte family. They left for several months on vacation to come home to a beautiful completed home. I have an associate that is an expert with horses, pets, & Elderly care that is available for on-site living as well if that is needed.
