Greetings I'm George, I enjoy making new friends, meeting their family and pets, and have always loved to travel. I'm a photographer, writer, creative professional, and make some music too... I'm happy in the kitchen, and value spending time outdoors in nature. I have a unique connection with animals and managed an SPCA facility in my youth. This gave me a great foundation moving forward, and I was called to situations where the local police needed some "whispering assistance". They were impressed how some patience and knowledge went a long way... I've also fostered and placed some animals in their forever homes, working with animal advocate friends I've made along the way. My experiences with pet medications include oral meds, insulin shots, and hydration therapy requiring large needles. I'm an avid walker, and especially enjoy my walks with canine companions. I'm aware of their age and physical health, and I pace my walks with them accordingly. Peaceful time in the garden and watering plants is a great way to start or finish the day... I love fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, and I fancy myself having a pretty green thumb. There's nothing more delicious than garden to table meals! I care for your home, pets, and plants/gardens as if they were my own, keeping them clean & tidy, safe, healthy, and happy! I'll ask you for the contact info for your preferred vendors should there be a need, and of course your veterinarian too. I'll touch base with you as often as you like, and can also send you photos/videos of your pets during my stay. You'll find me to be very caring, genuine, and transparent too.
