I can occupy and oversee the house to maintain order and security of property and conduct necessary business transactions during absence of owner, renter, or other occupant. I can Monitor entrances to property and secure locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. I also can answer telephone and doorbell, take messages, and forward information to employer as requested. I able to forward or file mail. I can pay current bills from designated funds and make deposits to accounts as required. I can mantain the cleanliness of the house by vacuuming, and dusting house, using vacuum cleaner and other housecleaning aids. I will feeds and water pets and take ill pets to veterinarian for treatment. I will Inspect utilities, such as plumbing and air-conditioning, to detect problems requiring services of repairer and contacts repair establishment to arrange for necessary repairs. If needed I will care for swimming pool or grounds or perform other related duties. I have a current full time day job in retail at Nordstrom. I am open to overnight stay.
