About Me: Hello! I am available to house-sit, pet-sit, or do check-ins. I have managed multiple properties since 2018, been a SuperHost on Airbnb since 2016, and take amazing care of your home. I have been a college professor since 2009, have a Ph.D., and am an author who enjoys solitude. I do not use substances, am quiet, clean, and respectful, and generally spend most of my time writing, tending to pets and plants, and tidying up as needed. Fully flexible, just relocated to California, and will housesit anywhere in-state with travel cost included in fee and appropriate scheduling for longer distances.
