House Sitter in Clearwater, Florida

Hi! First and foremost... ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL HERE! Mom has work and volunteer experience in a zoo, shelter, and vet facilities! We are a homeschooling family of four (sometimes Mommy and Daddy have weekends away, sometimes Mom will travel with just kids). At home we care for our dog, three reptiles, two tortoises, two chickens, and two dwarf goats (update: our goats have sadly been rehomed, due to zoning laws). We are travel and animal lovers, hence our membership to many housesitting sites. Our children are six and eight years old and learn through our adventures. We love to take complete advantage of what areas have to offer and experience the places as locals and tourists would. We are so excited to help ease your mind about your travels, as we care for your home and pets, while we come to love where you live. Our children also play a huge part in the care taking of our animals at home, so they (like us) are trustworthy, gentle, and very responsible with pets of all kinds. So, between us four, your pets and home will be MORE than taken care of! (Dad is a software engineer and may work from the home during visits.) Why we want to house sit We would love to house sit because we are nomads at heart and would love our children to experience new places and to obtain the love of travel, as we have. We love to meet new people and animals, everywhere we go. We enjoy feeling part of a community and what better way to have the true experience of a town than to live there for a little bit? Our children are homeschooled and learn through their everyday experiences and through the connections they make and the responsibilities we give them, everywhere we go. Our experience Our family is very neat (Mom is a little OCD) and organized, as well as experienced in caring for different kinds of animals. We have personally cared for some farm animals (pigs, ducks, chickens, goats), reptiles, small animals, cats, and dogs... and would love experience in caring for other animals as well! Mom has professional experience in veterinary, shelter, and zoo work, and Dad is huge animal lover. We have fostered and adopted many animals throughout our relationship.
