Hello I am a private security and property maintenance & management professional. I always consider every proposal carefully, but prefer a position as a property manager doing maintenance and/or security on a long term, on-site basis, 1 - 5 yr. private contract. I am very flexable & negotiable and willing to relocate anywhere in the world for a fair and reasonable offer. As to my personality and character; I can describe myself as a well-rounded, educated, motivated, negotiable, easy-going, casual individual with a conservative upbringing emphisizing honor and honesty, and in every instance, I endeavour to be virtious and professional. As to my working experience that is relevant; I am a master carpenter with extensive experience in fire & flood restoration, renovation & remodeling, and furniture restoration. I am comfortable with security patrolling and checks on large properties, home maintenance, renovations, mail collection, animal care, (I am an animal lover and have a way with animals especially horses, but I am not partial to small dogs), and I enjoy lawn care & gardening. I am also experienced in spotting security vurnaerabilities and recognizing potential threats, so if you need on-site security there is that aspect as well. References available upon request.
