I'm a Native Californian (retired) 51 year old single male. House Sitter (Pets ok), and more....... I understand that someone's home is extremely important, private and valuable to them. So I'm Very respectful of this (your home, your pets, your requirements, your needs and sets of rules). I'm available for part time (1 week min) to a full time live in situation for the right opportunity.
