House Sitter in Washington, District of Columbia

I have over 4 years of housesitting/pet care experience and would love to provide references upon request. I value respect, honesty and communication - I am always grateful for the opportunity to stay in someone else's home and will be clean, quiet, and glad to help out in any way possible. My partner in crime, guardian angel and best friend Bailey (yellow lab) passed away several years ago. I still don't feel ready for another dog, mostly because I have an unusual work schedule as well as being a full time student now. So in the meantime, I am content with loving other peoples' pets as if they are my own! Pictured above in the second photo on my profile is my beloved "niece", Indiana (my brother's rescue kitten). The majority of my childhood was spent traveling from one place to another, so I love traveling and take road trips any chance I get. I am currently working on a degree in Business Analytics. Life here in D.C. is typically pretty hectic, so I truly enjoy the routine simplicity of leaving it all behind to take care of someone else's home (including but not limited to watering plants, cleaning, dog walking, etc). I do not smoke, drink or invite others into a house that is not my own. Most of my free time during the summer will be spent working on language courses via my laptop, which is more relaxing to do with the company of pets. Thank you for reading!
