House Sitter in Asheville, North Carolina

Hello! I'm Steve, your reliable 61 year old house sitter looking to relocate to Western N Carolina/Asheville, North Carolina. I am currently living in Santa Teresa New Mexico and am available starting 7-1-26. At a rate of $35 per day(more dogs or incline driveway medications or therapy visits to the Vet, a few more bucks a day negotiable). I respect other peoples property and have a several year background in property maintenance ie managing and calling the tradespersons not doing technical work. I grew up with a maltese terrier, german short, Malamute and several pekingnese. Since 1999 I have owned and proudly cared for an Akita & Rhodesian at the same time. When those souls passed in 2008 the next year I purchased a Catahoula Hound and a Valley Bulldog(cross between olde English and Boxer) Canines and some cats and Birds like me better than most people. I probably cleaned up at least a ton of messes amongst all these dogs. I am looking for a 3 month term to longer if possible. BBA from TCU Master of Science organizational behavior from Iowa State U. Raised by a southern mom and native Texan.
