House Sitter in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Having lived in St. Paul and raised 2 adult children I now find that I would like to downsize, and am looking for housesitting arrangements while I sort out what's out there and what I want. Recently retired from work in public health education, I like the quiet of gardening and I find meaning in connecting to friends and family and engaging in our community. I am nonobtrusive, seeking a calm environment (nonsmoking) and can offer some visiting and feeding of pets and other household needs (gathering mail/packages, taking our recycling, etc). Having been a long-time homeowner I understand how to keep a house safe and functional while the owner is away.
