Howdy! I'm Jack, a reliable on-call option for any of your home's needs in the Palmetto / Bradenton / Ellenton area. Willing to make a drive as well, so Tampa / St. Pete Areas are not too far. I already take care of a friend's property in the Palmetto area between Airbnb visitors - from pool & furniture maintenance to basic cleaning needs, there's nothing you can't run by me. I'd love to add your home to the list whether for one day, or on a regular basis. If you are traveling for a few days and need somebody to check on your pets - I'm your guy. I had dogs growing up and have one cat named Minnie who is the princess of my current household. Mail or package collection is an easy one to task me with if you're worried about a delivery that might be sitting outside. Even plant care is something I'd love to do for you. My daily rate depends on the task at hand, but typically looking at around $100 for a home visit not including any special needs upon arrival.
