House Sitter in Jeffersonville, Indiana

Welcome! My name is Bri and I'm a house sitter currently residing just minutes from Louisville, KY. I am actually a family medicine clinician and am transitioning to a new provider role in a near by hospital, however I will have the majority of Dec 1 - Dec 31 open while I take some time off to get some things settled prior to starting that position early January. I wouldn’t say my “speciality” is pet feeding however I did grow up on a nearby 400 acre farm with all different types of animals and did tend to whatever was needed when I was not in school. I honestly do not know how anyone would “specialize” in mail collection, plant care, and trash & recycling tasks, I have done all of them for the majority of the time since I left my family home at the age of 18. I’m just giving this a shot to see if it could be an opportunity short term, locally while in transition again from Dec 1 - Dec 31 beginning Jan 1 I will be working full time hours as a Hospitalist. I’m happy to entertain anyone who would like to reach out to discuss any solid potential, consistent work, with a prior agreed and formally documented hourly rate/daily rate which I would expect by the end of any typical work day, for example 3p-6p or what have you via Venmo, CashApp or PayPal. In the event there is a delay in the mutually agreed rate whether hourly or daily is declared insufficient, unavailable funds or any wiring issues via a reliable mobile money transfer application, I will not be held responsible for any further duties following the day of non-payment. Not retrospect, life never happens on our terms 24/7, there are obviously unforeseen transferring wiring issues with said apps, or say an unforeseen emergency arises I would expect open communication to minimize any possible issues with the discontinuation of prior agreement. I am in my mid 40’s, I am a Mother and am also available for possibly helping out a family with their children with homework, transportation to and from a intramural sport or leisure activity as well as preparing dinner and/or doing light house chores for that family who just cannot take on anymore and is seeking a reliable, compassionate, caring, “nanny” who is also a medical provider for again starting Dec 1 - Dec 31 - please reach out!
