Hi, my name is Kimberly. I live in Woodruff, but have car will travel to you! I'd like to house/pet. I'm a dog lover, trainer, groomer, with an Aussiedoodle (5 yrs old) named Giove. He is a quiet, service dog and is great with older or small dogs, cats. He's fully house trained and gets along well with most other dogs. He likes cats, too. I am a (50 )woman. I've been an Airbnb Superhost for more than 5yrs, I've raised 2 kids- both well adjusted adults now. I have worked in mortgage servicing, construction project mgmt, community and economic development, and do rental rehab work and engineering inspections. I am trustworthy. I'm good with most humans and most animals. I have been a gardener most of my adult life; plants appreciate me, too. Services And Training: I will take care of pets, property watching, mail collecting, and I'm excellent at organization, so if you'd like me to tackle a project you've been procrastinating about that doesn't require you personally to oversee it, I'm happy to oblige. I'm also pretty handy, am a painter, furniture maker and can clean and make minor repairs. I have personal transportation available. Also, I'm neat, respectful and don't smoke.
