Hi my name is Derek. I maintain a couple properties my family owns/rents. I have 4 dogs I take care of and maintain aswell. Yard work/house work is not a problem for me. I have reliable transportation and am available most days after 11 am. My 1st job requires my time from 5am to 11am m-s. Willing to negotiate a change for the right situation. IE making more money.
