House Sitter in Newport Beach, California

Relax and Breathe easy, your home is being cared for as if you were in it. I am a professional business woman who is known for my care, kindness, and gifts to the world. I have penned 32 books and several NY Times Bestsellers. I am easily googleable and I have references from around the world. I was living in Malibu and I recently moved down to Newport Beach to help my parents who were both having health challenges. Three weeks ago, I helped move them into Atria the assisted living facility across from Hoag Hospital. I am currently trying to figure out my best next move. Whether that's to buy a house, or a condo here. It would be nice to have a home base close to my parents when I'm in town. I am currently staying at their home on the bay on the Balboa Peninsula. So housesitting for me, would be seamless and a true joy. I have stayed in many homes through the Lee List, Airbnb and other Housestitting opportunities. Each host and home owner has commented the house was better, cleaner and even happier then when they left. I have 100 percent stellar reviews and comments. One client left me the keys to his home on the Venice Canal by meeting me in his driveway on the way to the airport. He was filming in Europe and he was gone an entire year. He left hundreds of thousands of dollars of cameras and equiptment in his home without ever meeting me before, just on my references and reviews, I was housesitting in his home an entire year. He never even checked in once, he only sent me an email to give me the details after a year for the date of his return. He still comments that I was a godsend to him, and to his home. I love animals. They are apart of my heart. I am also great with plants and all living creatures and wildlife (hummingbird feeders, etc.) I am highly organized and I can clean and organize anything while you're gone.
