Hello, Why am I here: My name is Grant Simon and I am an American that is now based in Montreal. I came here to be with my girlfriend, Kaity, after we first met in March 2016 and traveled South America together this past winter. She is currently a computer science student at Concordia University. About me: I am 23 years old entrepreneur and personal trainer orginally from Chicago. I love fitness, jiu jitsu, and traveling. I have been lucky enough to travel to many different countries and I have lived in Dallas, Berlin, and most recently Medellin, Colombia. I would like to think I am very clean, respectful, and considerate of others wishes and space. I understand that this is your private residence so to me it is important to leave it exactly as I found it. What I offer: I can really do anything you need me around the house. I have worked construction as well so if something around the house needs fixing and you have tools, I can most likely fix it.
