I am a researcher, very sedate and responsible - looking to pay low rent for a casita or poolhouse in exchange for caring for your main home in Southern California in your absence. I have two well behaved chihuahuas and can also pet sit if he/she is social (and won't eat my appetizer size dogs). Most of my work is on the internet so I spend most of my time quietly online.
