Hello! I am a traveler who has gone clear across the United States in the last two months. Along the way, I have house sat for friends and have stayed in Airbnb's where I have a very good rating as a guest and can get you testimonials from homeowners whom I've house sat for. I have a thirst for variety and adventure. I've chosen to be in Baltimore as of recent because to be near friends and family as I grew up in the area. As a house sitter, I am excellent with pets, I love to give them lots of exercise and affection. I have a green thumb and I am good with feeding plants. If you have special requests like accepting packages or taking out trash/recycling I'm good with that too. When I housesit I like to ensure that the homeowner knows they can trust me to take care of their home and that they will come home to things just as they were left. Additionally, I have a background in property management for commercial real estate where my team and I managed 1.4 million square feet of office space in downtown Chicago. In that position, I had to oversee cleaning, security, engineering and accounting roles to ensure the building ran smoothly and tenants were happy. I use my attention to detail for property management when house sitting to report any odd issues and problem solve anything that may come up while and owner is away with competence and independence.
