House Sitter in Delray Beach, Florida

Hello there, my name is TJ Schmidt and I am available for immediate house sitting opportunities. Originally from Kansas I have lived in FL for 3 years now but have just recently moved to the Delray Beach area, so far I am loving the warm welcoming people here that often reminds me of the hospitality of where I grew up. Due to the fact that I am new to the area, I am looking for a way to get out there, meet some new people, form connections with the locals and see more of this beautiful city so I have recently begun house sitting as a second form of employment. I offer a variety of tasks whether it be simple collecting your mail, watering your plants, taking care of your animals or anything I can do to ensure you that your home is safe and well taken care of. I have a full time career as Co-Founder and Exercise Consultant for a health coaching company that I and a couple members of my family started a couple of years ago; therefore I am a hard working and responsible individual and I take my work very seriously.
