Hello ! My name is Manny. I am a Single, energetic 60 year old Father of two sons and GrandFather to two little Angels. I am retired from Air Canada since 2011 and also from my small Maintenace business. I am looking for the opportunity to travel to different destinations and offer my experience in maintaining your home as if it was my own. I have owned single family homes, triplexes and condos in the past, that I have rented out and maintained. I am very responsible and experienced to offer in a safe location, the following services; - maintain your home as if it was my own. - Cleaning services which includes laundry - Handy man repairs and upkeep as required including painting indoors and outdoors -Maintaining plants and regular outdoor maintenance (cutting of grass, watering etc.. - Receive mail and communicate to the owner any and all anomalies. - For owners who rent rooms, I will receive the guests, pass over the keys and follow up to ensure that the premises are kept clean and the guest is satisfied. - I am open to providing any other services that is required of me. NOTE; For residents in Montreal who do not require a live in house sitter, a certain fee would apply for the services required.
