Take & record instructions from home owner regarding their home. Determine if home owner would like any special way for their homes to be treated. Occupy house while owners are away & handle the general maintenance & upkeep of the interior & exterior Perform cleaning, vacuuming & dusting duties keeping in mind specific instructions from the owners. keeping in mind the confidentiality agreement with owners. File incoming mail & ensure that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed. Feed, water and bathe house pets. Inspect the house several times to ensure that no intrusion is possible or evident. Ascertain that the house is properly locked down at the end of the day Set up & monitor security systems & alarms & inform authorities at any sign of intrusion. Love Animals.
