House Sitter in San Francisco, California

I know how difficult it is to leave your loved ones with a stranger. I have done it before, with both my dog and cat, so I know how important it was for me to trust the person I left them with. I'm a mature east bay woman, and I'm available for house, dog, cat sitting starting mid-May. I love animals; I grew up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and monkeys (yes, monkeys--nine of them!). While at your home, I will enjoy your dog or cat, and be there to walk, play, attend, and keep them safe; in addition to whatever you ask of your pet sitter, I also always send photos, regularly, by text (or email if you prefer). I am a home-owner, so have ample experience taking care of a house, being conscientious about use of energy and water, as well as helping to maintain positive relationships with neighbors and neighborhood. Besides caring for your house and pets, I will be writing, meditating, going to yoga, and working part-time as a massage therapist--short shifts that allow me to return to house, dog and/or cat. I am also taking a break from finishing my licensing hours toward an MFT (the standard psychotherapist license), while I write my thesis in the poetry program at SF State. I have spent a good deal of time in Buddhist communities, and my tendencies are quiet, clean, and meditative. I am available to house sit anywhere in the SF Bay Area: San Francisco, the easy bay, Marin, but will consider other locations too.
