Hi, I'm Carolyn! What I'm Looking For: I'm hoping to negotiate short-term housing in exchange for property maintenance and snow work for your home! This could be as short as 3 weeks or as long as 16 weeks depending on your needs. Additionally, I can nanny your children while you're in town or provide meals as an additional service. I have extensive experience doing snow work, am comfortable cleaning large homes, and have lived in buildings where winter facilities management is 100% necessary. I can provide references for all previous jobs or for my gigs housesitting and petsitting. About Me: I'm in my late twenties and well past the partying stage. I keep to myself and am quite clean. I work several jobs throughout the year as a ski instructor, outdoor educator, and English teacher. Hobbies (besides skiing!) include cooking, reading, and knitting - if that gives you any indicator about my personality. My year-round job sends me out into the wilderness for 2-4 weeks at a time, so I thought I would try a more flexible housing/winter job approach this upcoming season.
