House Sitter in Rancho Mirage, California

Hi Kara, I am currently not working a regular job as I am done with the corporate thing and too young to retire so I'm trying to find ways to be productive. In summary, I'm well educated (BS ), married with a couple of dogs, enjoy home ownership as I've owned several houses by myself and 3 with my husband over the years. We're down to one, maybe two as we are in the process of buying another one. Anyway, I do know what to look out for when a house sits empty. Last year we went out for 9 1/2 weeks and during that time, one of our toilet values got loose so we had a flood.
