House Sitter in Newport Beach, California

ME: I am a professional living locally in Newport Beach, raising a family with my wife, a practing physician. I am an attorney, now with 25 years of successful trial work on my resume. My credits in the legal profession speak for themselves, and can be provided upon request. For the last several months, I have also been writing a book. I appreciate a quiet work environment, and am looking for a place to spend a couple hours every day, exclusively for writing, particularly in the early morning (i.e., before libraries open). I have trimmed my practice a bit to allow for this new pursuit. YOU: You are on an extended trip overseas or perhaps live in another town in CA or elsewhere. You need someone responsible who can check in on your house regularly, perhaps to collect the mail and ascertain that all is safe and in place. You do not need someone to spend more than a couple hours a day in the home. You need someone mature and responsible, and you want to be sure this person is not going to bring guests into your home, or entertain in it. You would like this person to give the home the appearance of activity, and/or check in on your service people or vendors, but not "live" in the home or use it for anything other than a couple hours of reading (or writing!)
