House Sitter in Anchorage, Alaska

Hello, I am a responsible 35 year old female professional looking for the occasional housesitting job in Anchorage. I sold my own Anchorage home last fall and moved to Soldotna for my family, but remain employed in Anchorage. I am essentially looking for house sitting work to save money on Air Bnbs and have some quiet time to myself when I come up to Anchorage (I am a massive introvert) vs staying with friends or family in town. I house and pet sat extensively all through my teens and twenties. I have previously remodeled and "flipped" two homes of my own myself, and am able to spot, appropriately communicate, and address any weather or otherwise unplanned home issues that may present in your absence. I do have a well trained (competition level) middle aged dog that goes everywhere with me, so house sitting jobs would need to allow for his presence- I vacuum and clean up after him diligently, will walk him off of your property and can assure no damage will come from him being there.
