House Sitter in Menifee, California

Hi... I'm crazy safe since been background checked thoroughly as I am the care taker at an elementary in menifee/hemet/lake elsinore area since march... I'm a very young older dude... know exactly how to care for your castle and grounds... pets too... leaving no trace and everything better than found... Lived in redlands for over 15 years... divorcing after 30 years and would like to "live" closer to work... and not waste money on rent when I'd be so ideal to the karouack-style of "owning a rug" being too much stuff... in addition to working from 6am to 2:45 weekdays... I have a 12 year old grandson whose baseball travel tournaments keep me busy on weekends (as well as costs a fortune thereby further motivating the desire to not waste $ on renting ;)... plus I'm handy... and nice... ?
