House Sitter in St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Hi, I’m a 31 year old mechanical engineer who decided to take a few years off from “life” and explore the world. I sailed to St Thomas and plan to spend the hurricane season here with my boat in storage. I’m very handy and mechanically inclined, and just finished remodeling my home a few months ago. Taking care of any maintenance issues or repairs in a house won’t be a problem. I grew up surrounded by cats and dogs, and most recently had a few dogs of my own. I’m familiar with vet visits, daily meds etc. I’m looking for a place to stay for the season, and don’t expect any compensation, unless additional work like remodeling is included.
